An instant dosa made with wheat flour is a perfect recipe to serve healthy breakfast to your child. In North India, it is widely known as aate ka cheela while otherwise, it is commonly known as Wheat Dosa, and can be given to your child if his stomach is upset or normally as well. It contains healthy carbs.

1 cup whole wheat flour, salt as needed, 1 tsp carom seeds, water, ghee
1. Take flour in a deep bowl, add salt, carom seeds.
2. Add water and whisk well to make lump free batter. The batter should be of flowing consistency like dosa one.
3. Heat a griddle and grease it with ghee.
4. Pour some batter over griddle and spread it in circular motion making a dosa.
5. Sprinkle ghee on the edges and on top. Flip when cooked from bottom. Cook from both sides.
Serve immediately with chutney of your kiddo's choice.
