If you have a kid who does not like rava then this is a must try recipe as the taste is unique and delicious and the presentation would be in such a way that your kiddo won't be able to refuse it. Rava is a good source of thiamin, folate, and selnium. This kheer is easy and simple to make.

2 tbsp. rava/semolina/sooji, ½ cup grated apple, 2 tsp. ghee, ¼ cup water, 2 tbsp. milk
1. Heat ghee and roast the rava until you get an aroma of roasted rava.
2. Add water and cook the rava, stirring continuously on low heat.
3. When it is almost cooked, add the grated apple and cook on low heat until the apple turns soft and the rava is well cooked.
4. Mash it well with the back of a ladle and you may add more water or milk if required.
The yummy kheer is ready to be served!
