Steps:

1. Start with painting the clothes’ pin using acrylic paint. Paint them with matching colours you choose to use on the turkey.

2. As the paint dries, cut a large circle out of a cardboard. Glue a brown pastel sheet over it.

3. Cut another small circle from the brown sheet to make the head of the turkey. Cut the beak from a yellow kite paper and tongue from a red kite paper.

4. Cut small circles of different colours from the kite papers.

5. Assemble the turkey now. Place the head, beak and tongue on the large brown cardboard circle. Paste googly eyes. Glue small circles at the top of the brown circle in an arc motion.

6. The colour matching turkey is ready. Teach your kid to match the clothes’ pin with the coloured circles glued on turkey.

This activity will take a maximum time of 20 minutes to create but will be worth creating when you see your kiddo recognizing colours and pinching pins happily.
