Make sure your child has learned how to control his body. You can play this interesting game called “Freeze” with him at home or on the playground. If more people are involved in this game it would grow more exciting.

Steps:

1. Make your child understand the basic rules- One person has to start the game and freeze other person by touching them. The others have to run from this person to keep themselves safe.

2. The person can free the freezed person if he touches him again.

3. This activity requires stamina and vision. Offer a basic demonstration so that your child can understand the game better. Ask other family members to join in.

Make sure your child is active in this game. You need to motivate him to run and observe people around him.
