The Karnataka One centre provides an extract of your Driving Licence at a nominal fee of Rs. 18 (fee subject to change) for a copy.

The RTOs in Bangalore are responsible for registering all new and old vehicles. You can approach your local RTO office to register your vehicle. It is a relatively straightforward process. With proper documentation, vehicle registration in Bengaluru is a simple process.

Here are the eligibility criteria to get an LL in Bangalore.
You should be at least 16 years of age to learn to ride a 50cc two-wheeler without gear.
You should be at least 18 years of age to learn to ride a two-wheeler above 50cc and learn to drive a car (LMV).
