To register your new & old vehicles with Haryana RTO, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Visit to the local RTO.
Step 2: Get the registration application form where you need to submit the details like Personal information (name, address, phone number, etc.), Vehicle category, Fuel type, Engine and chassis details, Vehicle cost, Vehicle Insurance details, and details of the dealer who is selling the vehicle.
Step 3: Fill up the application form without leaving any field blank to avoid any further issues. Ensure you have submitted the right 17-character chassis number.
Step 4: Submit the vehicle registration form along with the supporting documents like Proof of identity, Vehicle invoice, Insurance certificate, PAN card, Emission test certificate, and old RC copy (If renew the registration application) along with the photocopies (Self-attested).
Step 5: Pay your registration fee & taxes asked by the RTO office. Individuals can pay the cost through cash, demand draft, or debit/credit card at the RTO.
After you submit the registration form & additional documents, the RTO Haryana will allot the date for the vehicle inspection. Bring your vehicle to the allotted date. The RTO inspector offers-

When your vehicle clears the RTO inspection, you will receive the registration certificate within 1 to 2 weeks. Here, you get the registration number assigned to your vehicle.
Your RC book must be accompanied by the registration number plates issued by the authorised vendor based on the prescribed dimension and design. These plates are highly secured and come with a unique registration mark. You can drive the vehicle legally on the road after fixing the number plate.

To get the details of any vehicle registered in Haryana or to grab a driving licence, follow the below methods-
Verify online- Visit (https://haryanatransport.gov.in/) and visit the online services section.
Here, you can select the driving licence option and then enter the registration number to fill up the vehicle owner's name, registration date, address, tax status, fitness, etc.]
If required, upload any supporting documents.
Pay the application fee of Rs. 200
Schedule the driving test in any of your nearby RTO centres.
Visit the location with your vehicle, and after completing the driving test, an applicant can receive their driving licence.
