How to Apply for a Driving License at RTO Kerala?

Follow the below steps to get registered for a driving license:

  1. Apply for a learner's license on the website that is https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/.

  2. Explore 'DL Services' from the menu 'Online Services,' which will redirect you to the Sarathi Digital portal.

  3. To get on the home screen, select 'Kerala' as you are a resident of this state.

  4. Now submit the 'Apply for Learner License' application and choose the test slot.

  5. While taking the LL test, first enter your application number. If you pass the test, you will get your LL the same day.

  6. Once you get the Learner's License, you can go ahead and apply for a permanent license via the same Sarathi portal.
