The Noida Regional Transport Office offers transport-related services mentioned in The Motor Vehicles Act. It includes offering vehicle/driver-related services, implementing traffic rules and regulations, monitoring traffic violations, etc. The following are the essential functions of the Noida RTO.
The RTO in Noida is responsible for the issuance of Driving Licences (DL), Learning Licences (LL) and International Driving Permit (IDP).

What happens if I do not register my vehicle?
Driving/riding an unregistered vehicle is illegal in India. Hence, you will not be able to drive the vehicle on the roads. If you do so, the authorities can penalise you or confiscate the vehicle.
You cannot complete the vehicle registration process online, as it requires an inspection of the vehicle. Hence, you must visit the RTO with your vehicle and complete the formalities.
