Download the ACKO app from Google Play Store/App Store.
Log in using your registered mobile number/email ID.
Click on 'RTO Info'.
Under 'RTO Info', select 'e-challan status'.
Input your vehicle registration number and tap on 'Search'.
The next page will display all pending and paid challans against your vehicle.

On the right-hand side, you will find a challan widget.
Enter your car number and click on ‘Check Challan’ to know the status.
Mobile:
Locate the ‘Check Challan’ button at the bottom of this article.
Click on the button and enter your car number to check the status.
Download the Parivahan app from Google Play Store/App Store.
Log in and enter your vehicle registration number.
Click on 'Fetch Challan' to get the details of all traffic e-challans issued against your vehicle.
The app will now display a list of all the unpaid challans with the relevant details.
Download the MahaTraffic application and sign up using your mobile number.
Click on 'My e-challan' and fill out the required information.
Enter the number of your car or challan to check the status.
Don’t forget you can receive traffic challans while you’re on the road and you can pay them by following the simple steps mentioned below:

Visit the Parivahan site.
Enter your vehicle number/challan number/DL number.
Click on 'Get Details'.
You can now view your challan details.
Choose which challans you want to pay off and proceed with payment.
Don't worry, the challan system provides a simple way for you to raise a complaint.
Visit the official website of e-challan.
Click on ‘Complaint’ and you will be redirected to the grievance page.
Fill in the necessary details such as your name, email address, mobile number, vehicle number, and a brief description of your complaint. Do remember to select the Nanded e-challan issue that you are disputing.
Upload an image of the disputed e-challan.
After filling in all the details, click on ‘Submit’.

Visit the official Parivahan website and navigate to the 'Check Online Services' tab to select 'Check Challan Status'. Then, enter the challan number and finally, click on the 'Get Details' button to view any pending challans that have not been paid yet.

Failing to pay an e-Challan within 60 days of issue is an offence. Traffic police may visit your address to collect the fine.
Yes, you can use UPI apps to pay e-Challans issued for violating traffic regulations. These challans are sent via SMS or to your home address.
You can only be fined once per day for a specific offence. However, you can be fined again on the same day for a separate offence.
