Below are the steps to change the address on the passport :
Visit the Passport Seva Website: Go to the official Passport Seva portal.
Log In or Sign Up: Access your account or create a new one if needed.
Choose "Reissue of Passport": Select this option and choose "Change in Address" as the reason.
Complete the Form: Fill out the form accurately, select an appointment slot, and pay the required fee online.
Visit the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK): On your scheduled date, go to the PSK with the necessary documents for verification.

Visit the Nearest Passport Seva Kendra (PSK): Find the closest PSK in your area.
Collect the Reissue Application Form: Request the form for address change.
Complete and Submit the Form: Fill out the form accurately and attach the necessary address change documents.
Pay Fees and Schedule Verification: Pay the applicable fees at the PSK and book an appointment for verification.
To update your passport address, ensure you have the following documents:
Original Passport
Address Proof (e.g., Aadhaar card, utility bills)
Self-attested Copies of required documents
Additional Documents, if specified

Original passport of the applicant.
Copy of the online application.
Copy of the payment receipt or challan.
Self-attested copy of the observation page issued by the issuance authority.
