The mPassport Seva app is a mobile app that helps Indian citizens with a lot of different passport-related tasks. Simple to use, it allows users to apply for a passport, check the status of their application, find information on how to obtain a passport, locate Passport Seva Kendras (PSKs), and more, all from their smartphone. This app makes the whole process of getting a passport or looking for passport-related services very easy and available to everyone.

The mPassport Seva app has all the same features as the Passport Seva Portal. It is easy to use and has brought all the passport-related services to mobile phones for smartphone users. Here are the services provided:
You can register, apply for, pay for, and set up appointments for passports.
You can look for police stations in some areas. You can also search for the nearest PSK or a District Passport Cell (DPC).
You can also figure out what papers you must bring to the passport office for an interview.
The app's Fee Calculator feature tells you how much you need to pay for a service.

To use mPassport app, simply follow these steps:
Step 1: First, get the mPassport Seva app for your phone. You can get it for Android or iOS.
Step 2: Click "Register as a New User" to continue.
Step 3: Select the Passport Office from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Fill in your details: name, date of birth, email, etc.
Step 5: Create a unique login ID (you can use your email address, too) and a password.
Step 6: Choose a security question and provide an answer for password recovery.
Step 7: Put the security code and click on "Save."
Step 8: Check your email for a verification link from the passport office.
Step 9: Click the verification link and confirm your login ID on the new page.
Step 10: Restart the app and log in as an "Existing User" with your credentials.
That’s it! You're now registered on the mPassport Seva app.
Step 1: Use the registered mPassport seva login.
Step 2: Click the link that says "Apply for a New Passport."
Step 3: Fill out the form with the necessary information and send it.
Step 4: Next, click on the "Pay and Schedule Appointment" link.
Step 5: The final task is to make an appointment at any PSK, POPSK, or PO.

Credit or debit card
Internet banking

You can track the status of your passport application using the mPassport app. Follow the easy steps below:
Step 1: Open the mPassport Seva app.
Step 2: Click on the 'Status Tracker' icon.
Step 3: Select 'Application Status'.
Step 4: Enter your file number and date of birth.
Step 5: Click on 'Track' to view the status of your passport application.
You can now search for PSK/POPSK nearest to your location on the mPassport. Just follow the instructions:
Step 1: Open the mPassport Seva app using your mPassport login.
Step 2: Click on the 'Locate Passport Seva Kendra' icon.
Step 3: Select from the passport office or PIN code.
Step 4: Click on 'Locate PSK/POPSK' to view the available options nearest to you.
Yes, you can now apply for a new passport or re-issue it using the mPassport seva app.
To activate your mPassport Seva account, after registration, look in your email inbox for the link from Passport Seva. Simply click on that link, and your account will be activated. If you don't see the email, don't forget to check your spam or junk folder.
mPassport login is the ID that a user creates when registering with it for the first time. It can be the email address that you use initially when opening the app.
