Looking for a yummy and nutritious recipe? Ragi Porridge should be a great choice! Ragi porridge is very easy to prepare at home. It will hardly take you any time to cook up this dish. Also, it is very delicious and made using ragi or finger millets, which are good sources of amino acids, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron, vitamin B6, folic acid, niacin, and dietary fiber. It also includes milk, which is rich in calcium, vitamin D, B12, A, selenium, zinc, magnesium, protein, and riboflavin.

Ingredients to make Ragi Porridge:
1 tsp ragi, milk, organic jaggery
Steps to make Ragi Porridge:
1. Dissolve the jaggery in water and make a solution.
2. In a pan, mix the flour and milk into a smooth paste. Make sure there are no lumps. Note: If baby is less than 12 months, add water instead of milk. If you have excess breastmilk, you can mix bm with the porridge just before feeding. Do not heat the breastmilk.
3. Add the jaggery solution.
Ragi porridge is ready!
