Vegetables Puree

At this age, your little one has to be introduced to all types of food. This Veggie puree contains nutrients like vitamin, minerals, fiber and carbohydrate. This puree is easy to cook and fills your little one with one serving.

Ingredients: Carrot-1, Sweet Potato-1(small size), Potato-1, Pumpkin, Beetroot -1slice, Water (You can skip or select any vegetable. But make sure you include a minimum of 2 to 3 vegetables)

Steps:

1. Rinse all the vegetables properly. Peel the carrot, sweet potato, potato, pumpkin and beetroot.

2. Slice all the vegetables into small pieces. Now add enough water in a pan or a pressure cooker such that the vegetables submerge in the water.

3. If you are cooking in a pan then cover the lid and cook until your vegetables become tender. If you opted pressure cooker, then cook to one whistle, on medium flame.

4. Put all the vegetables in a blender or a food processor. Add some water if required and make fine puree. Add water as per your desired consistency.

Your yummy-yummy puree is ready! Serve your little one in room temperature.
