We all know how good carrot is for the eyes and sweet potato not only adds natural sweetness to the food but is also rich in all the vitamins, minerals and fibres.

By adding chick peas to the healthy mix of carrots and sweet potato you will make this into a wholesome meal for your little darling.
How to make Sweet Carrot Chick Pea mash?
1. Peel, wash and cut 1 medium carrot and 1 medium sweet potato into small pieces.
2. Boil the above vegetables in 1½ cup water and let them boil until tender.
3. Drain, add 1 tbsp boiled chick peas and blend in a blender.
