Supplement your baby’s diet with healthy and nutritious recipes such as the Asparagus and apple puree.     Ingredients: 1 apple, handful of asparagus, water

    Steps: 

     1. Wash and chop the apples and asparagus. 

     2. Cook the chopped apples and asparagus in a steamer for about 10-15 minutes till both are done. 

     3. Set aside for cooling. 

     4. On cooling, transfer the apples and asparagus into a blender along with some boiled water and process into a creamy puree.
