Ingredients: 1 small avocado, 1 tsp. chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp. yogurt, ¼ tsp. lemon juice
Steps:
1. Cut the avocado into half and remove the stone.
2. Next peel the avocado and mash it in a bowl using a spoon or fork.
3. Add the chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well.
