Ragi is very rich in vitamins, minerals and proteins. Calcium along with vitamin D in it help strengthen bones of your little one. It is an excellent source of natural calcium for children. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

1 tbsp of ragi powder, 1⁄2 cup water, 1 tbsp oil, 1 carrot chopped
1. Mix the ragi powder and water without any lumps.
2. Heat them in medium flame for 5 to 10 minutes till the ragi is well cooked.
3. Cook the chopped carrots in vegetable oil and then add them to the ragi
Then serve this yummy and healthy dish to your baby!
