Help your baby start his day in a healthy manner by preparing this banana and avocado puree. This puree combines bananas and avocados which are rich in essential minerals and nutrients. Avocados are a rich source of Vitamin K, folate, Vitamin C, potassium, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin E, magnesium, manganese, copper, iron, zinc, phosphorus, Vitamin A, thiamine, riboflavin and niacin. Bananas have a high content of copper, biotin, potassium, dietary fibre, Vitamin C, manganese and Vitamin B6.

Ingredients: 1 avocado, 1 banana
Steps:
1. Peel the banana and chop it up.
2. Cut the avocado, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh.
3. In a bowl, mix the avocado, banana and mash well till you get a mixture of smooth.
Serve it straight to your baby. You can freeze the rest of the puree and store it in your refrigerator for up to four weeks. So give it a try today!
