Berry Porridge is a sweet and vitamin-rich diet that can be prepared in quick time. One would surely savor this food item with a smiling face. The presence of porridge oats makes this recipe quite nutritious. It is a good mixture of carbohydrates, protein and dietary fiber that is essential for the human body. Meanwhile, blueberries manage a good level of antioxidants, vitamin K, manganese, and vitamin C. It is a sweet tasting delicacy perfect as a breakfast meal.

    Ingredients to make Berry Porridge

    Milk 150ml, porridge oats 15g, raspberries, blueberries, and sweet golden syrup

    Steps to make Berry Porridge:

     1. Take a small pan to add milk and oats. Boil the content with constant stirring. Note: If baby is less than 12 months, add water instead of milk. If you have excess breastmilk, you can mix bm with the porridge just before feeding. Do not heat the breastmilk.

     2. Now, simmer the pan for 3-4 minutes so that the content gets thick. Remove the pan from the flame. 

     3. At last, crush the fruits and stir it into the porridge. 

     Serve warm.
