This is a very healthy juice for your little one. Pears are a good source of minerals such as copper, iron, potassium, manganese and magnesium as well as B-complex vitamins such as folates, riboflavin and pyridoxine. Dietary fibre smooths out digestion and absorption of glucose and fats in the small intestine, speeds up transit though the intestines to remove waste and toxins from your kiddo's body.

    Ingredients to make Blended Pears and Apricot:

    1⁄2 cup apricot juice, 1⁄2 cup pear uice,1 pear for extra texture, 4 medium plums

    Steps to make Blended Pears and Apricot:

    1. Add Apricot and Pear Juice to blender.

    2. Wash and halve the plums and discard the stones.

    3. Pull the stalk from the pear. Peel and core. Blend all ingredients together.

    4. Pour into tall glass and garnish with edible flower of choice.
