This vibrant fruit is full of immune-boosting vitamin C, vitamin K, manganese, iron, potassium and skin-nourishing vitamin E. Cherries are a good source of vitamin A, vitamin C, folate, magnesium and calcium. Banana is easy to digest, controls diarrhea, treats constipation, helps in reducing skin inflammation, etc.

    Ingredients to make Boiled and Mashed Fruits:

    1 cup raspberries, 1⁄2 cup cherries, pitted 2 bananas, peeled and chopped and 1 heaping tspn of cinnamon

    Steps to make Boiled and Mashed Fruits:

    1. Place the raspberries, cherries and banana into a steamer and cook for 10 minutes.

    2. Transfer the above ingredients into a blender or food processer. You can also add little water.

    3. Add the cinnamon and blend it until you reach the desired consistency.

    Pour the puree into a bowl and serve it to your kiddo. He will definitely love the taste and color of it.
