Green vegetables are preferred for growing infants as they contain several important health nutrients. Broccoli and Sweet Potato Puree is a sweet tasting dish which can be served in any meal to your baby. Broccoli accommodates for the calcium and iron content that is important for bone development. On the other hand, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, manganese, Vitamin B2, potassium and dietary fiber are present in sweet potato which is the second prime ingredient of this recipe. Your toddler would love this puree when served during lunch.

Ingredients: Sweet potato 175g, Broccoli Florets 100g and Milk 30ml
Steps:
1. Peel off the sweet potato and cut it into small pieces.
2. Take a pan and add water. Add the chunks and boil it for 5 minutes.
3. Now, the next step is to add broccoli to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes. Make sure that the vegetables turn tender.
4. The final move is to drain the water. Take a blender to mix the vegetables and milk for the formation of a puree.
