Using broken wheat(lapsee) and carrot, you can make a tasty and healthy preparation called Carrot Lapsee. Ingredients to make Carrot Lapsee:
½ cup broken wheat, ½ cup grated carrot, 1 tsp ghee, a pinch of salt
Steps to make Carrot Lapsee:
1. In a pan, add ghee.Dry roast the broken wheat til it turns golden brown.
2. Add the grated carrot and mix well.
3. Add 1 cup boiling water. Mix well. Add a pinch of salt.
Yummy and healthy Carrot Lapsee is ready.
