Cauliflower and potato are both good source of vitamin C and essential minerals. Using these two vegetables and combining with rice flour, which has carbohydrates, you can prepare yummy cauliflower and potato mash.

Ingredients to make Cauliflower and potato mash:
1 cup cauliflower florets, 1 potato, ¼ cup rice flour, oil, salt as per taste, oil for shallow fry
Steps to make Cauliflower and Potato mash:
1. In a pressure cooker, add cauliflower and potato cut in cubes. Pressure cook for 2 whistles.
2. Once cool, mash the potato and cauliflower. Add salt and rice flour and mix well to make a soft dough.
3. You can take small balls of the dough and give them a round shape and thickness of ½ inch(just like smileys).
4. Shallow fry them in oil.
Yummy and hot cauliflower potato mash is ready. It can be given as mid day or evening snack!
