Chicken and Sweet Potato Puree

For your baby that is slowly moving on from breast milk or formula milk to solid food, essential supplements are very important.  Ingredients: 1 chicken breast cut into chunks, 1 sweet potato peeled and chopped

 Steps: 

 1. Heat the steamer and place the chicken breast pieces in it and cook for about 3 minutes. 

 2. Next add the sweet potato and cook for another 5 minutes

 3. Let both the chicken and sweet potato cool. 

 4. Put both into a blender and process into a smooth puree.
