Moong Dal is rich in protein while carrot has vital vitamin A. You can prepare an easy, quick and rich protein baby food with these basic ingredients. Dal carrot baby food is perfect for your little one at this stage.

1 cup moong dal, 2 carrots, salt as per taste
1. Wash the moong dal. Drain the water and keep aside.
2. Peel the carrots and cut in cubes.
3. In a pressure pan, add moong dal and carrots. Add two cups of water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
4. Once the steam cools down, add salt to the cooked dal carrot and give a good mix.
Dal Carrot Baby Food is ready for your baby to relish. Serve warm.
