Delicious Mix Flour Porridge

Using rice and dals, you can make a nutritious and tasty mix flour porridge. Rice which has the valuable carbohydrates and dal like chana dal which is full of protein, gives your baby the necessary energy and growth.

    Ingredients to make Mix Flour Porridge:

    ½ cup rice flour, ¼ cup channa dal, 2 tsp besan, 1 tsp butter, salt as per taste, 1 tsp oil, water as required(approx. 2 cups)

    Steps to make Mix Flour Porridge:

    1. In a pan, saute the channa dal for about 5 mins. Allow it to cool and then grind to a powder.

    2. In the same pan, add oil. Add the rice flour, besan and powdered channa dal. Saute for 3-4 mins.

    3. Add boiling water carefully and stir well to get a lump free porridge.

    4. Add salt as per taste and butter. Mix well.

    Delicious mix flour porridge is ready for your little one’s health.
