Are you planning to incorporate cauliflower in your baby’s menu? Then this recipe is the perfect one. This is very simple and easy to make with just 3 steps. Carrots are packed with beta carotene that converts into vitamin A, which helps vision and healthy skin and cauliflower is a good source of vitamin C.

1 cup chopped carrot, 1 cup cauliflower florets and ½ tsp Butter
1. Wash the veggies and steam cook them for 6 minutes or until fork tender.
2. Cool and transfer them in a food processor and blend it.
3. Top it with little butter.
