Prepare restaurant style gobi masala at home at make your child fall in love with it. The cauliflower is packed with many nutrients like Vitamin A and Vitamin C, but avoid the dish if your child is already feeling gassy.

1 medium sized cauliflower, 1 onion chopped, 1 bsp ginger garlic paste, 3 tbsp curd, 1/4th tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 bay leaf, ½ tsp kasturi methi, 2 tbsp cream, 2 tomatoes, 3-4 cashews, oil, salt, water
1. Boil the water and keep washed cauliflower florets in it for 15-20 minutes. Drain the cauliflower florets afterwards and keep aside.
2. Make a tomato cashew paste by blending them together in a mixer.
3. Heat oil in a wok, add blanched cauliflower florets and saute on aloe medium flame. Remove the sauted cauliflowers and keep aside.
4. In the same pan, add 2 tbsp oil. Add bay leaf, cumin seeds and fry for a few seconds.
5. Add the chopped onions and saute it. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for few seconds.
6. Add tomato cashew paste and stir. Add the spice powder - turmeric, coriander, cumin, and saute stirring often till the oil starts leaving the sides..
7. Add whisked curd and stir well. Add 1.5 cup of water and stir well on low flame.
8. Now add the cauliflower florets and salt. Stir, cover and cook the gobi masala on low to medium flame for approximately 10-15 minutes.
9. Add the kasturi methi and cream. Stir the gobi masala and turn off the flame.
Serve Gobi Masala hot with chapati.
