A very tasty and wholesome recipe is the hara bhara baby bowl which is loaded with vegetables and sooji, that are rich in vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients to make Hara Bhara Baby Bowl:
1 cup of finely chopped vegetables like potato, beetroot, carrot each ¼ piece, 1-2 green beans and green peas, 1 cup sooji, ½ tsp ghee, salt as per taste.
Steps to make Hara Bhara Baby Bowl:
1. In a pan, dry roast the sooji and keep aside.
2. In the same pan, put ¼ tsp ghee. Add all the vegetables and saute for 2 mins.
3. Add 2.5 cups of water and bring the vegs to a boil. Simmer and cover. Once vegs are cooked, add salt.
4. On medium flame, add the sooji slowly and keep stirring ensuring no lumps are formed. Get the consistency to semi liquid state, more like a porridge.
5. Switch off the flame and add the remaining ghee. Give it a thorough mix.
