Healthy Green Porridge

Using wheat flour, which is rich in carbohydrates and vegetable like Broccoli, which has dietary fiber, essential vitamin K, C and minerals like potassium, you can prepare a nutritious green porridge. Flavour the porridge with salt and ghee.

    Ingredients to make Green Porridge:

    1-2 pieces of broccoli, 2 tbsp wheat flour, water, a pinch of salt, ½ tsp oil, ½ tsp ghee

    Steps to make Green Porridge:

    1. In a pan, add ½ tsp oil. Add the broccoli and cook till tender. Once cool, grind to a puree.

    2. In the same pan, add ½ tsp ghee. Add the wheat flour and dry roast for 4-5 mins.

    3. Add boiling water carefully and keep stirring.

    4. Add the broccoli puree and give a final mix.

    Yummy and healthy green porridge is ready.
