Eating fresh and green vegetables can help your lovely little one live a fit, healthy and happy life and carrot and beans are such vegetables which have a number of health benefits, are easily available and also taste good. Mushroom also adds protein to this dish, which helps to build your child's muscle mass!

Veggies of choice, salt, a pinch of garlic paste, water as required
1. Wash and clean all the vegetables.
2. Chop into small pieces and cook in a pressure cooker for 7-10 minutes.
3. In a blender, puree the cooked vegetables.
4. Add a pinch of garlic paste, salt to taste.
Serve hot!
