Jaggery laddu is an amazing sweet, which has all the goodness of jaggery as it is rich in vitamins and minerals, boosting your immunity. Adding freshly grated coconut, that is, rich in vitamin and fibre, ghee that has fats and flavouring the sweet further with cardamom powder, gives a sweet that can be had anytime.

Ingredients to make Jaggery Laddu:
½ cup jaggery, ½ cup coconut, 2 tsp ghee, ¼ tsp cardamom powder
Steps to make Jaggery Laddu:
1. In a pan, add ghee and saute the coconut for about 5 mins on medium flame.
2. Prepare the jaggery syrup by dissolving jaggery in water. Once dissolved, filter the impurities.
3. Add the jaggery syrup to the coconut mixture.Also, add the cardamom powder. Mix well.
4. Cook the above mixture on medium flame till all the moisture evaporates. It should become thick. Switch off the flame and set aside to cool down.
5. Grease your palms with little ghee and make balls of this mixture.
Jaggery laddu is ready. Have it as dessert or evening snack. Enjoy!
