Using besan, you can prepare Kadle Rasam, which is all healthy. Besan has valuable protein. Flavour the Kadle Rasam with turmeric and coriander powder, both having good vitamin and minerals. Adding hing, which is called “Food of Gods,” provides all vital nutrients and an amazing flavor to this dish. This rasam can be had as an appetizer or with rice.

Ingredients to make Kadle Rasam:
2 tbsp besan, ¼ tsp coriander powder, a pinch of turmeric, a pinch of hing, salt and water as required
Steps to make Kadle Rasam:
1. In a pan, dry roast the besan.
2. Add 1 cup water and mix well. Ensure there are no lumps.
3. Add salt, hing, coriander, and turmeric powder. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Kadle rasam is ready.
