Lito: Nutritious Nepali Baby Food is very easy to make and very healthy for your baby. It is mainly a healthy homemade cerelac for your baby, rich in iron, calcium, and carbs.

½ katori rice, ½ katori chiura(flattened rice), 1/4 katori corn, 1/4 katori wheat, 1/4 katori brown soybeans, 1/4 katori brown chickpeas, 4-5 cashews, 4-5 almonds
1. Dry roast all the ingredients seperately in a pan.
2. Now grind all the ingredients seperately as they all have different textures.
3. Seive the powder to make sure it is fine. Mix all together and store it in an air tight container.
4. To prepare it just mix a spoon of it in hot water. You can cook it over medium flame and add ghee and ajwain to enhance the taste.
Nutritious and tasty Lito is ready to be served.
