1 small size banana, 1 apple, few cashew nuts, 2 tbsp milk
1. Keep all the ingredients ready. Peel the banana, trim the ends with a knife. Chop the apple in slices.
2. Then cut them into small circles and place the banana pieces and the apple clices into a wide bowl. Mash the bananas and apples well (without any chunks) with a fork or masher.
3. Add breastmilk/formula milk/ water. Mix well until you get a creamy mash. Alternatively you can puree the fruits in a mixie/blender with milk to get a fine puree.
