Let your little one guess what`s in there. Paneer contains calcium, which is needed for your baby`s healthy bones. This recipe is ideal for to your child who try recognizing the various tastes and textures of foods.

    Ingredients to make Mashed Paneer Puree (1 serving):

    Paneer- 50 gms, onions-30 gms, capsicum- 15 gms, tomato- 20 gms, butter- 10 gms, salt to taste

    Steps to make Mashed Paneer Puree:

    1. In a pan, add butter, sauté paneer, chopped onions, capsicum, and tomatoes cook until the veggies are soft.

    2. Transfer the mixture to the blender and grind it on to a puree consistency and then add salt to taste.

    Serve this puree with soft cooked chapati or use it to spred on soft pancakes.
