Ingredients to make Minced Chicken in White Sauce:

1-2 tsp. cooked and minced chicken, 100 ml milk, 1 tbsp. wheat flour, 1 tbsp. butter, a pinch of pepper powder, a pinch of dried oregano, salt 

Steps to make Minced Chicken in White Sauce

1. Heat butter in a pan and add the wheat flour to it. 

2. Stir well and add milk. Mix well to ensure that no lumps are formed. 

3. Bring the sauce to a boil and then add the minced chicken. Cook for a minute.

4. Add pepper powder and oregano and stir.
