With simple ingredients, you can make hot mint pooris. Wheat flour, which is rich in vitamins and minerals, when mixed with ghee, that’s rich in fats, and mint, that aids in digestion, results in a dough that is full of flavour and nutrients.

Ingredients to make Mint Poori:
½ cup wheat flour, 5-6 sprigs of mint, 1 tsp ghee, salt as per taste, oil for frying
Steps to make Mint Poori:
1. Mix wheat flour with ghee and salt.
2. Finely chop the mint and dry roast in a pan. Powder the dried mint and add to the flour.
3. Add water and make a stiff dough.
4. Make small balls of dough and roll the dough to small roundels.
5. Fry in oil.
Hot and fluffy mint pooris are ready to be savoured!
