Ingredients to make Mixed Vegetable Soup:

Half a piece of carrot, ½ piece of beetroot, half a piece of radish, 2 tomatoes deseeded, a small piece of sweet pumpkin, 1 small piece of capsicum, a small piece of bottle gourd, 2 cabbage leaves finely chopped, 2 sprigs cauliflower, 2-3 spinach leaves, 6-7 green peas, ½ tsp. ghee, a pinch of salt, ½-1 cup water

Steps to make Mixed Vegetable Soup:

1. Peel and chop the vegetables. Deseed the tomatoes.

2. In a pressure cooker, add the water, vegetables, ghee, and salt and cook till you get 2-3 whistles.

3. Let the cooker cool. Take out the ingredients and blend into a small puree.

4. Sieve the puree to get the watery soup.
