Pears are an excellent source of vitamin and minerals. Flavouring the pears with white pepper, which contains valuable vitamin and minerals, you can make tasty peppery pears for your 8+month old baby.

2 pears, ½ tsp white pepper, a pinch of turmeric, salt as per taste
1. Wash and peel the pears. Cut into quarters and gently cook in water for 10 mins. Stir occasionally. 2. Once cool, mash the pears. 3. Add turmeric and white pepper. Mix well Peppery Pears is all ready to sweeten your little one’s taste buds. Enjoy.
