Potato is rich in carbohydrates while red beans(rajma) have protein, carbohydrates, and essential vitamins and minerals.Using these ingredients, you can prepare an easy and quick potato bean mash, a wholesome snack or side dish for your growing baby.

1 large potato, 5-10 red beans, 1 tsp oil
1. Soak the red beans overnight.
2. Cut potato into small cubes.
3. In a pressure pan, add oil. Saute the soaked red beans and small cubes for a minute.
4. Add 1 cup water and pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.
5. Once the steam gets cooled, using a potato masher, mash the beans and potatoes till they get incorporated well.
Amazing and highly nutritious potato bean mash is ready. Enjoy feeding your child just like that or as a side dish during meal time.
