Toor dal is a member of the legume family, and this mash is not only delicious but also has a number of health benefits. Toor dal contains high levels of protein, fiber, folate, vitamin B1 and minerals and is an essential source of inexpensive protein in the diet. Potatoes are good source of potassium, iron and serves as antioxidants. It is easily digestable and serves as a vital source of kids nutrition.

Toor dal-½ cup, potato-1 small and ghee-1 spoon
1. Wash toor dal and potato.
2. Cut the potatoes after peeling it off.
3. In a pressure cooker add toor dal, water, c ut potatoes and cook for 2 whistles.
4. Once it is cool, mash the dal and potatoes properly.
Serve hot with ghee.
