    Ingredients to Proteinicious Chana Dal Mash:

    Chana dal- ½ cup, water-1 cup, and salt- to taste

    Steps to make Proteinicious Chana Dal Mash:

    1. Wash chana dal thrice.

    2. Take a pressure cooker and add chana dal with appropriate amount of water and salt.

    3. Pressure cook upto 3 whistle at medium flame.

    4. Turn off the flame and after sometime open the cooker and mash chana dal properly.

    Serve hot with ghee!
