Ragi Buru, a wholesome dish that is full of nutrients is a perfect dish to start your child's day. The ragi in this is rich in calcium, iron, and when mixed with spinach adds the nutrients to its double.

    Ingredients to make Ragi Buru:

    1 cup ragi flour, 1 cup chopped spinach, 1 onion chopped, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, salt, water, ghee

    Steps to make Ragi Buru:

    1. Combine the ragi flour, spinach, onion, salt, chilli powder, garam masala in a bowl.

    2. Add water to it to make a batter.

    3. Heat griddle and grease it with ghee.

    4. Pour a spoon full of batter and make thin chila over the tava by cooking on both the sides.

    Serve Ragi Buru along with chutney.
