1 cup ragi, ½ cup broken wheat/daliya, 4 tbsp roasted gram/chana dal, roasted ground nuts, 1/4th cup white sesame seeds, 1 tbsp ajwain
1. Soak ragi overnight. Wash it well and tie it in a cotton cloth and leave it for sprouting.
2. You will get the sprouts in 10-12 hours. AFter that transfer them to a plate and dry in shade for 5-6 hours.
3. After it has dried well, dry roast it, till you get a nice aroma.
4. Dry roast broken wheat, fried gram, ground nuts, white sesame seeds and ajwain separately.
5. Combine all the ingredients and let them cool first. After cooling, grind them to a fine powder in mixi.
Sieve the powder before storing. Prepare porridge by mixing 2 tbsp of powder mix in water or milk and boil over medium flame till the ragi is well cooked.
