Ratatouille Puree For Your Little One

The ratatouille is a delicious dish that your little one will absolutely love. It is made using a combination of vegetables, which offer antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Brinjals offer dietary fibre, manganese, potassium, folate, Vitamin B6, thiamine and Vitamin K; whereas bottle gourd is a rich source of sodium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, zinc and Vitamin C.     Ingredients: 1 medium onion, 1 medium brinjal, 1 medium tomato, 1” bottle gourd, ½ cup water, 1 tsp. butter, a pinch of salt. 

    Steps: 

     1. Slice the onions and chop the vegetables. Set aside. 

     2. Heat butter in a pressure cooker and sauté the onions till they are brown. 

     3. Add the vegetables, salt, water and place the lid and cook. 

     4. On cooling, puree the ingredients.
