An excellent first fruit for your baby are peaches, which are a rich treasure of vitamin and minerals. Salty Peaches Puree can be given to babies. Flavour this puree with ginger, black pepper and omum seeds, which are all rich in vitamin and minerals and quite healthy for your child.

Ingredients to make Salty Peaches Puree:
2 peaches, 3-4 black pepper, ¼ tsp omum seeds, ¼ tsp ginger juice, ½ tsp mustard oil
Steps to make Salty Peaches Puree:
1. Add the whole peaches in boiling water. Submerge the peaches for a min. After that, quickly transfer in cold water.
2. Remove the peaches and its peel. Cut into halves.
3. Remove the flesh from the peaches with a knife.
4. Puree the peach pulp unil smooth.
5. In a pan, add oil. Roast the pepper and omum seeds for 1 min on medium flame. Once cool, grind to a fine powder.
6. Extract juice from ginger.
7. Add the powder and ginger juice to the puree. Mix well.
Salty Peaches puree is ready. You can give it to your child as a mid afternoon or mid evening snack.
