Spinach poha is a great way to introduce leafy food. Spinach is a rich source of sodium, manganese, copper, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, calcium, folate, Vitamin B6, riboflavin, thiamine, Vitamin K, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, protein and dietary fibre.

Ghee is good for the nerves, boosts immune system and digestion.
Ingredients: 5 tbsp. poha, a pinch of hing, a pinch of turmeric powder, ¼ tsp. jeera powder, a pinch of chilli powder, 1 tbsp. ghee, 2-3 tbsp. pureed spinach, salt.
Steps:
1. In a pan, bring water to a boil and add poha, hing, haldi, jeera powder and salt. Stir for 5-10 minutes.
2. Add the pureed spinach to the pan and stir well. Ensure that the spinach is cooked at least for 5 minutes before you puree it.
3. Stir for about 2 minutes and then turn off the flame.
4. Add ghee on top and serve.
