Unbelievable, but this recipe will work as a psuedo dessert for your baby with a lot of nutritional value. This is an extremely filling food and has large amount of carbohydrates, which is surely beneficial for your little one.

1 serving1 cup rice, ½ cup - moong daal, 3tsp - ghee, jaggery - as per taste, cashewnut, raisins and coconut - ½ teaspoon.
1. Wash and soak rice and daal for 20 minutes.
2. In cooker, add rice and daal with 5 cups of water and cook on medium flame for 4-5 whistles.
3. Once the steam is released, add few spoons of jaggery and ensure it is smooth and there are no lumps.
4. Add ghee and garnish with raisins, coconut and cashew nut.
Your Sweet Pongal is ready to be served.
